Kayla Coghlan Ms. Becker Period 6 Why should you read Lisa McMann books? Lisa is a great author, she has written many books. Her books are related to teenagers, so they can connect. The genres consist of drama/mystery/romance, if you a fan of these books you should really check them out. She has a series and her first book is called “Wake”. Its about this young girl named Janie that works in a nursing home and has a weird power where she goes into people’s dreams, not on purpose it almost like she’s forced into them. At her jobs there’s this one elder No one know about this not even her best friend Carrie. When the person is having a nightmare its like she’s having a seizure. In the first book she is trying to figure out why this keeps happening to her.
