Mr.Nees
Who
was Mr.Nees?
Mr.Nees
was a very kind-hearted teacher that loved and wanted to help everyone. He was
always there to listen if you had a problem or needed help. He was a math
teacher here at Kennedy and some students that didn’t like math liked it with
him as a teacher. He was famous for playing his guitar and singing to his classes.
He was also famous for his Hawaiian shirts. November 22nd was a hard
day for everyone when we found out that he got into a very bad accident that
killed him and his daughter. Everyone was devastated and heartbroken by this
news. In memory of him we had a huge paper outside of his room that you could write
on and sign and we even had an open, mic night where you could come in and
telling the awesome stories you had with him. As always, we had a pep assembly,
but it wasn’t just any pep assembly, it was in memory of him. So, everyone wore
a Hawaiian shirt to honor him. Hearing news that you lost apart of your family
is always the worst especially when everyone loved him, no one had a bad thing
to say about him. Even though he is gone he will never be forgotten and he will
always ben in our hearts and minds, and we will always think and care about
him.
